The Advanced Management Programme in Operations & Supply Chain (AMPOS) at ISB is designed to meet the increasing need for tech-business managers for the manufacturing and services sector. The core focus remains on modules in the supply chain and operations domain, with emphasis on new-age skills.
The programme is designed for professionals in the manufacturing, services, logistics, and supply-chain sectors, preferably with a work experience of at least five years. These can include:
The Action Learning Project (ALP) is a tool designed to combine classroom learning with real-life scenarios. It is a group exercise executed under the guidance of a mentor from ISB. Participants can work on a live project from their organisation, or can bid for projects from other organisations.

An undergraduate degree in any discipline with more than five years of experience (entrepreneurs and consultants with three years of work experience are also eligible to apply).
A post-graduate degree with three years of experience.
All eligible candidates must complete an online application form and pay the application fee. A mandatory essay is part of the application. Applications are reviewed holistically, and shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview with the ISB Admissions Team. Offers are extended to selected candidates based on overall evaluation.

The programme fee (subject to change) includes admissions, tuition, accommodation, and meals during residencies. Travel to and from campus is not covered.
