You will need to complete 20 months of mandatory full-time work experience after you complete your graduation.
Attend 3 mandatory on-campus learning weekends to connect with PGP students, world-class faculty, and take a campus tour.
Once you complete 20 months of full-time work experience (on or before March 31st), you can directly join the Post Graduate Programme in Management at ISB.
Note: You don't need to take a GMAT or GRE when applying for YLP Stage 1. A GMAT or GRE score is required only when submitting your application for Stage 2.
I felt a competitive exam alone could not determine if I’d be a good MBA student. So, choosing ISB over solely CAT-based colleges was a no-brainer. The YLP admission process values holistic growth. And learning with peers who have diverse experiences enriched my education beyond measure.
YLP's phase-wise admissions process without immediate GRE/GMAT scores eased the application stress. We got a lot of exposure to the classroom setting and the kind of courses that we would be taking once we joined PGP. This boosted my confidence.
For an MBA abroad, you typically need 4-5 years of work experience for a top-tier college. When I came across YLP at ISB, it was an easy decision to stay in India. Through the Learning Weekends, interactions with alumni, and other networking events, I gained confidence and training right from the application stage.
YLP was my bridge to the MBA path right out of college. Interacting with diverse peers eased and enriched this journey. ISB's unique environment fosters people skills through daily interactions with cohort-mates, and by encouraging collaborative projects.
